How This Started

I spent years working in construction before deciding to start Prime Construction & Renovations in 2019. Those early years taught me what matters: showing up when you say you will, listening to what homeowners actually need, and finishing the job right. Too many contractors treated every project like a box to check. I saw the frustration in people's faces when that happened.

So I started this company to do it differently. We handle roofing, gutters, siding, painting, countertops, tile, decks, concrete, drywall, flooring, full home renovations, new construction, and cabinet work. We're licensed, insured, and deeply local to Birmingham. But more than that, we're a family company built on the belief that your home deserves that level of care.

What We've Learned

Reliability matters more than anything else. When you say you'll be there on Tuesday, you show up on Tuesday. When a project will take two weeks, you finish in two weeks.
